What we fit

Everything on the outside of the house

Independent, so we're not tied to one manufacturer. We fit REHAU and Halo and specify what suits the building — not what's on offer this month.

Finishes

Pick a colour, not a code

Nobody wants to choose their front door from a RAL number. Here's the range as you'd actually describe it — and you can have a different colour inside to out.

The same faces that quote the job do the work — which is why the guarantee means something, and why the reviews read the way they do.

Before & after

Same house. Same angle.

Drag the handle across. Every job gets photographed before we start and after we leave — you get the set in your handover pack.

These are placeholder photos, compressed for a fast-loading demo — not the picture quality the real site would use. Real job photos would replace these at full resolution.

How it works

Four steps, and you know
where you are at each one

A house full of windows is a serious amount of money. You should never be wondering what happens next, or who's turning up.

01

We come and measure

Half an hour, at a time that suits you. We look at the building, talk through what it actually needs, and answer the awkward questions. Nobody is selling you anything.

Within the week
02

You get one price

In writing, itemised, and it doesn't expire. There's no inflated first number waiting to be discounted, because there's no commission riding on it.

One working day
03

Your frames are made

Built to the measurements we took, in the colour and style you chose. We'll tell you the date and keep you posted if anything moves.

Four to six weeks
04

We fit and clear up

Our own fitters, never subcontractors. We take the old frames away, hoover up, and hand you the Building Regulations certificate and your guarantee.

One to three days

What are you thinking of?

Pick one to start — it takes about thirty seconds.

Where's the property?

Your postcode tells us straight away whether we cover you.

Who shall we come back to?

One working day, with a fixed written price. Nobody turns up unannounced.

We'll never pass your details to anyone else.

Thanks — that's with us

On the real site this emails the office and texts Michael straight away. Nothing was sent — this is a demo.

Where we work

Swindon first —
but we do travel

The solid area is where we work day in, day out. Most jobs are twenty minutes from the workshop, which is why we can come straight back if anything needs adjusting.

The dashed ring is still very much on — Marlborough, Chippenham, Faringdon, Malmesbury and beyond. It depends on the size of the job, so ring us and we'll be straight with you.

The questions we get every week

Most three-bed houses are done in one to three days on site, fitting four to six windows a day. Manufacture takes four to six weeks before that, depending on the spec — coloured and sash units take longer than standard white casements.

Often, yes — and it's usually cheaper and quicker than replacing the whole window. If the frame is sound and only the sealed unit has failed, we can swap the glass. We'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Replacement windows and doors are notifiable work, but you don't need to involve the council. We're Certass registered, so we self-certify the job and issue your Building Regulations Compliance Certificate directly — the same document, with the same legal weight, that any registered installer provides.

Yes. Deposit protection is a requirement of our Certass registration, not an optional extra we charge for. Your work also carries an insurance-backed guarantee, which means it stands even if we're not around to honour it.

No. We don't employ a sales team, so nobody here is paid commission. You get one price in writing from the person who measured up, and it doesn't expire at nine o'clock tonight.

Usually. Replacing a polycarbonate or glass roof with a solid tiled one turns it into a room you can use all year. It does trigger Building Regulations and needs a structural check first, which we'll handle as part of the quote.
